TailLog Privacy Policy

TailLog ("the App") is published by The Howling Coyote Shop ("we," "us"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal information or your pets' information. TailLog has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking tools.
Information stored on your device
Everything you enter in TailLog — pet profiles, photos, vaccination records, medications, grooming and appointment details, and notes — is stored only on your iPhone. It is not sent to us or to any server. If you delete the App, this information is deleted from your device. Your device's own backups (such as iCloud Backup) may include App data according to your Apple settings.
Photos
If you choose to add a pet photo, TailLog accesses only the photo you select through Apple's photo picker. The App cannot see the rest of your photo library.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone. You can turn them off at any time in iPhone Settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.
Sharing
Health record PDFs are created on your device and shared only when you choose to share them, using the method you choose.
Children
TailLog is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
